Job Posting Service
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Jornal de Barueri Job Vacancy Posting service (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
“Jornal de Barueri” refers to Link Três Comunicação Ltda, responsible for Jornal de Barueri, with CNPJ 30.182.386/0001-60.
“User” or “Client” refers to the natural or legal person who uses the Service to publish job advertisements.
“Vacancy Announcement” refers to the content published through the Jornal de Barueri Job Vacancy Publication service.
3. Object of the Service
Jornal de Barueri offers the Job Vacancy Publication service, allowing Customers to create, publish and monitor job vacancy announcements on its portal.
4. Customer Responsibility
The Customer is responsible for providing true, accurate and complete information to Jornal de Barueri. The Customer must ensure that all information provided complies with applicable laws and does not violate the rights of third parties. The content of advertisements must comply with standards of good advertising practice and legal requirements applicable to job vacancies.
5. Ad Acceptance Process
Acceptance and approval of job advertisements sent will be carried out by the Jornal de Barueri team, which will verify compliance with legal requirements and Service guidelines before publication. Ads submitted outside of the required format or that do not meet the guidelines may be rejected.
6. Payment Terms
The ad will only be published after payment has been confirmed, which can be made via credit card, bank slip or pix. Payments must be made in accordance with the instructions provided when contracting the Service. In case of default, the Service may be suspended until the situation is regularized.
7. Monitoring and Reporting
Jornal de Barueri will provide performance reports on job advertisements, including metrics such as views, clicks, applications and other relevant metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the publication.
8. Deadlines and Cancellations
The deadline for publishing job advertisements may vary depending on the number of pending requests and the type of advertisement requested. It is recommended to send materials in advance. If the request has not yet been processed, it is possible to request cancellation with 48 hours notice.
9. Rectification and Republication
You cannot edit or change a job advertisement that has already been published. If the Customer has sent an incorrect advertisement, a new advertisement must be published. Both announcements will remain recorded as a form of transparency and for legal purposes.
10. Penalties
The dissemination of false or misleading information through the Jornal de Barueri Job Vacancy Publication service may result in administrative, civil and criminal sanctions. Jornal de Barueri reserves the right to refuse to publish advertisements that contain signs of falsehood or deception.
11. Limitation of Liability
Jornal de Barueri is not responsible for any damages caused by information published in vacancy advertisements. The information published is the responsibility of the entities that provide it.
12. Protection of Personal Data
By using the Service, the Customer authorizes the use of their personal data to process their advertising request. Jornal de Barueri respects the privacy of its Customers and protects personal data provided in accordance with applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
13. Confidentiality
The Customer and Jornal de Barueri agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged within the scope of the Service, except that which is in the public domain or whose disclosure is required by law.
14. Force Majeure
Jornal de Barueri will not be responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil authorities or military, fires, floods, accidents, strikes or shortages of means of transport, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
15. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Jornal de Barueri reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be published on the Jornal de Barueri website and will come into force immediately after publication. By continuing to use the Service after the changes are published, the Customer agrees to comply with and be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian laws. Any dispute or controversy related to the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Brazilian courts.
